All orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 working days after order confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipping updates via SMS or Email.
For orders containing custom or personalized products, dispatch may take approximately 4–7 working days.
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery may take approximately 4–8 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
For North-Eastern states, remote areas, and village locations, delivery may take up to 10 working days depending on the local courier network.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary during festivals, public holidays, or due to courier-related delays.

Product Availability & Delay
In rare situations, if any product becomes unavailable or faces dispatch delays, our team will contact you within 1–2 working days via call or message to inform you regarding the delay and available options.
Wrong Delivery Status
If your order tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, you must notify us within 24 hours.

Shipping Charges
The shipping charges displayed on the website are applicable for orders weighing up to 10 KG only.
If your order exceeds 10 KG, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, our team will contact you before dispatch regarding the extra shipping cost.
